In particular, - Do not include capital letters. - Use "-" instead of "_". - Remove "_color" suffix. - Rename "bg" and "fg" to "background" and "text". and so on. This revision is WIP.

But we don't want to have the raised buttons in the panel. So let's force the button style in the panel to be flat. Fixes https://github.com/nana-4/materia-theme/issues/360
